Shipping & Return Policy
* Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
* Worldwide shipping available
* Estimated fulfilment date: 2-7 business days + shipping method selected
* Tracking info will be emailed to you once the produce has been shipped
* All international customers are responsible for any VAT/custom fees that occur when the product arrives to your country
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Email a photo of the claim to email@example.com For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 2 weeks.
