Everything we make is printed for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges and we don't give refunds. Please check your design, spelling, colours and sizes before you place your order. We print it as you approved it.

If we made a mistake

If there's an obvious mistake on our side, like a different design, product, colour or size from what you ordered, or a print defect, we'll fix it or replace it. Send us a message through our contact form when you get your order, with your order number and photos.

What isn't covered

• Spelling, punctuation or grammar errors in your design.
• Low-resolution or poor-quality images you uploaded.
• Design choices made in the designer, like placement, size or colours.
• Options you picked, like the product, colour or size.
• Shipping and handling costs.
